Yep we're starting again! Quarantine was not kind to me and while I didn't gain any (more), I regained what I previously lost. I know this is a journey and I'm not giving up the fight. I feel stronger and more healthy than ever, but need to make better snack choices. Today is a NEW day.
255.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
