I have had some challenging weeks. Temptation was everywhere. To make matters worse I injured my hip and I haven't been able to work out as much as I like. I buckled down on the diet and now I am back at a new record low (considering that two weeks ago I was up five pounds but didn't have the heart to record the weight I think it is going well).
