tried bullet coffee for the first time yesterday and I'll tell you that is the most energy I've had in pretty much ever! I used 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon mct oil, and 1 tablespoon Sugar free Creamer (2 carbs per tablespoon)
229.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
