Normally I do my own cooking, but last week my wife had surgery and with the four medical appointments along with the surgery most of my meals were prepared meals from restaurants or something I microwaved. Although I tried to eat as healthy as possible prepared meals from restaurants usually run around 1000 calories per meal as opposed to my usual 500-550 calories per meal. Weight hasn't been a problem for me the past four years as I met my weight goals at that time. The last 14 months have seen significant additional weight loss due to improved diet recommended by my doctor to control blood pressure and cholesterol. Anyway, I've been averaging 2600 to 3000 calories per day over the past 6 days instead of my usual 2200 to 2300. I'm more concerned about the extra sodium that I'm unable to control when I buy prepared foods.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 61.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
