Oh my, can I have some toothpicks to prop my eyelids open today? I am so sleepy. Hurry up coffee and kick in. I went to my algebra class last night and as expected I made a 50 on my test from last week. I knew I was going to bomb that one. I didnt understand it, I hate graphing, and I didnt study like I should have. Well I got home around 9:15pm and was so excited because I actually understood what we did in class last night!!! I came home, ate and started in on my homework before I forgot everything I had just learned. We are dividing polynomials and it is actually kinda fun..... oh no someone slap me! I can't believe I just said algebra was fun. LOL!!! The teacher drops the lowest test grade so I should be ok as long as I do well on the rest of my tests. I finally lost another pound. If I hadn't cheated I would be alot further by now but I feel good and I am determined. So proud of my mom & sister who are still doing well and my husband also. My cow accident is getting more stressful. The cow owner's lawyer wants me to send him the police report, my car title, the auto shop estimate, and any photos I have related to the case. Am I required to do that? Why should I have to send him the police report? I had to pay money to get that so he can to right? Why should I send him my photos? That is my evidence to show the judge that the cow owner has faulty fencing so why should I give it to his lawyer? What a mess.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Well I have been calling this really nice lawyer who has been guiding me as to what I need to do. He said that I am not required to give him anything unless they subpoena me... whatever that means. I will send them the title to my car, the body shop estimate, my receipt from when I bought the car, and the tax office receipt but I had to work to get that police report and pay money for it and they can do the same. It is awful that they are saying the owner is not liable anyway. In Oklahoma you are required to keep your cattle fenced in. The letter from them states.... "Legally the owner is only required to make a reasonable effort to keep his fence in repair and check them periodically to see that they are enclosed." Well, lol, you would just have to see this fence. It is a 1 strand electric fence and it is laying on the ground between poles, wrapped around trees, draped over water troughs... it is the worst fence I have ever saw. I can't believe they would call that a reasonable enclosure. So I have lots of good pictures to show the judge and a police report showing what happened and I dont feel like I have to share that with the insurance lawyer if he doesnt want to give me pictures of where they claim the cow escaped from why should I share my photos.... in fact he can just keep his pictures and I will keep mine. I go to trial on the 4th of Nov.
