Ok, A pound is a pound!!!!! so, I will take it.. I am working out harder this week, and trying differnet leg and foot movements when running, and instead of pilates we are weight training 2 days a week, only a half hour session each..but all I can afford right now.It is raining and sleeting this morning so I am going to try a dvd that I bought It is a fat blasting latin dance mix.. so hopefully I will burn fat and learn how to dance. I will let you know how it is.....
