Daughter’s last day in town yesterday ( for awhile) and we had pizza and Ray&Jerry’s ice cream as a treat. All very yummy but the there were consequences today. - the carbohydrates.... hydrated into poundage!

151.1 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb. Still to go: 21.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 3.1 lb a week
