hectic week working shifts , weight stable
233.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well dude , thia happens alawys for who follow diets u need to break the diet for two days and eat what u wanna then back to the diet this happens to me when i was 108 and i do this now iam 105 after 3 weeks of break ^ good luck dude !
