crud.
typical i'm sure - got away from my routine 1.5 months ago - never got back to it. here, let's try again.

The last 2 weeks I have been less strict with myself.
I just did a 2 week 'fiber/milk thistle' detox program, & stopped taking an antidepressant I've been on for a few years (did a lot of research, & replaced it with natural supplements).
(Btw, don't quit on your own ~ I have a network of people who are aware I'm making this change).

I've had house guests off & on for months(living room my recent bedroom), and I'm still unemployed.

Just now, I'm back to feeling able to resume my diet/exercise program again.
I feel like a fool for taking FS for granted (journal, diet calendar, weigh in)... I need the structure & support:).

122.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Welcome back and chin up. I learned a quote years ago from a time management book that is really helpful to me... "What can I do today to better my situation for tomorrow?" When I feel overwhelmed I ask myself that question and try to do one to four things to better my situation for tomorrow. It gets me planning and moving! Cheers to you for all your hard work to better yourself and your situation!
