Man, I totally lost it this week, in a bad way. I decided to weigh in a day ealier because I want to get back on track and I want to just own the higher weight and start heading downward towards my goal. One big problem is sleep. My beautiful, wonderful, funny, 4 month old is STILL getting up 3-4 times a night! I have been so tired I have been eatting to stay awake, especially chocolate. Lat night she got up three times, but my wonderful hubby got her twice, meaning I got to sleep from 10:30 to 4:45 straight! The most sleep I have had in... 4 1/2 months! I am renewed and motivated! I will start keeping track of my food again and keep with the exercise. I actually have been exercising, but it doesn't matter when you eat 6 cookies. I can do this. I WILL be my goal weight by my next birthday. I can do this. I started out bad today, but can make up for it through out the rest of the day.
