Well I am back to my pre-cheat weight. :D Funny how 2 days of poor choices can set you back a week. Well I can't wait to see where I go from here. I heard some good news yesterday evening. My mom had called me the night before but I didnt get the message until the next morning. I called her back yesterday and she was at the dr and then I tried again later but she was at Wal-Mart but my step-dad said that she had some questions about my diet. He said that her and my sister have both started and are doing really good. :) Yay! That makes me so happy! I can't wait to talk to her about it.
Okay I am sore this morning! My right arm is sore from playing with a baseball bat. lol! We have this stupid black walnut tree in our yard and I was outside picking them up, throwing them into the air and batting them for over an hour. It has been so nice outside and I know its about to get cold & yucky. Shorty wanted to play ball so bad he would chase all the green walnut balls I hit. Those walnut shells must be gross and I hope not poison because he started throwing up but he is fine now. Everyone have a great low-carb day!

Amanda, I am so envious of you always being able to just bounce right back. Now, my advice for you is to prepare for a successful weekend. Try the SF root beer float, maybe another recipe or two, and lots of outdoor play while the weather permits. You so can get through the weekend.

That was me last week. I hate it how a week without the gym then the weekend of only 50% cheating is just enough to put some back on. It's crazy! lol

It sure doesnt take much to pack it back on. I am going to make a plan for the weekend. I want to be sure and have plenty of "safe" snacks around, not let myself get hungry, and drink lots of water. I am going to work on cleaning house too and I sure have a ton of studying and homework to do. Maybe I can run myself into the ground so that I don't think of high carb foods! :D

Amanda, at least your children are too young to understand and wont even feel like they are missing out if you substitute veggies for chips, etc. But have a talk with your hubby tonight. Let him know how you are feeling feak from time to time and how you really need his support and that extra push right now to help you get through this rough spot. He sounds like a very nice guy and I am sure he would be more than understanding and even help you do just that.
