I thought this week was going to be much harder and getting back on track was going to be much more difficult; I've been happily surprised. Here I am at the end of week one phase one and I'm down five pounds, go me!!! I know that this kind of weight doesn't continue to drop off like this but I am really happy that it came off this quickly the first week. I've got seven pounds to reach my first goal and if I reach it by New Years I will be stoked, Christmas and I will be even more stoked... wish me luck guys!!! Woo hoo I'm back on track and it's not that bad!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you - I am too embarrassed to post my weight but still check in on you all. I know you will get the lbs down for the new year. go girl

Great job on the 5 lb. loss!!! I wish I could lose that much in a week. I'm sure you'll reach your goal...keep it up!!
