Hi pre k teacher, I just saw your journal entry and altho there is a difference in age (I am over 50), we have a bit in common. For example, I was an Education Support Teacher (in Perth WESTERN AUSTRALIA), my current weight is 74kg and my goal is 64 kg. I help my partner to run a hobby farm, with a few sheep an a mini orchard. I congratulate you for gradually losing your weight. That is the healthy way to do it. A friend went on the Aitkins Diet and it affected her LIVER, so SLOW and SENSIBLE is the best way. Keep at it and please send me messages to go outside for walks, cycling and gardening.
