A week away and 6 lbs up. Was it worth it? At the time it seemed so, but now it definitely does NOT. I feel sluggish and bloated. Oh well, back to eating properly
262.4 lb Lost so far: 87.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Have you heard of the Flat Belly Diet? Includes monosaturated fats (the good ones) in each meal so your energy level is stable. It is working for me.

SB has a lot of good fats in it. You are supposed to eat Olive oil and/or other good oils and some nuts. It also targets fat around your core and for me and many others keeps your energy up when you do it correctly.

Thanks Sima. I know what I've got to do - get back on the wagon. It was hard while I was away moving from family to family and eating what others have lovingly prepared and shopped for. I tried hard in the beginning but gradually over the week it all slipped away and I found myself eating whatever was put in front of me, including the cake and potatoes and white bread etc. Oh well, its done with now and I'm back on track, but finding it hard for the first day.
