Starting AGAIN!!!! Why can't I be a strong person when it comes to getting my weight under control????? ugh.......
287.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1925 kcal Fat: 98.22g | Prot: 85.19g | Carb: 184.95g.   Breakfast: crystal light energy, water, Weight Watchers String cheese, banana. Lunch: Salt, water, red pepper chicken alfredo. Dinner: bbq sauce, pork ribs. Snacks/Other: blue bell ice cream , Great Value peanut sweet and salty, microwave popcorn extra butter, water, Weight Watchers string cheese, water, great value sweet and Salty peanut chewy granola bar. more...
