So, the scales are up a bit. We are still in coronovirus mode, so food and drink have not been the best. What I would call as "good news", is that I have been doing Beachbody 80 Day Obsession. I have finished phase one(26 days) and even tho I gained a little over a pound, my inches have not changed(maybe muscle?). I have never done this program before and even tho I have to do the moderated version of a lot of the workouts, I'm doing pretty well. Some of the workouts are harder than 21 day Fix programs, as well as the fact that they are 45 min to an hour(instead of 30 min). I'm hoping this next phase I can rein in my nutrition a bit better (even tho my birthday is next week) and keep up with these really tough workout routines. Time will tell.
