I'm back! 2 Knee surgeries, kidney stone (8mm) surgery, UTI, high spikes with my diabetes, but as I said, I'm back!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
