I know I just weighed in yesterday, but hey, there's a lower number on the scale today so I had to record it ;o)

I am doing the New Lifestyle diet (like Medifast) but instead of doing a lean and green I am eating vegan. My hubby has gone vegan and I'm getting dragged along. Yes, I know it's a healthy way of eating, I just don't know that I am ready to make the commitment. I find food that I like satisfying and when eating vegan, that doesn't seem to be the case.

The promoters of vegan eating say that the longer you stay with it, the more satisfying the food tastes. Anyway, I'm staying away from meats, dairy, fish, poultry, processed foods, refined sugars, and oil.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
