You have to start back working out. Going to work is not enough. You need both. This way if you over eat your diet one day then your working out will balance you. It's like offense and Defense. Diet is your defense. You win Championships with defense. But exercise is your offense and when you get down big and early in the game / week of dieting, then it's your offense / workouts that will have to bring you back in the game. I have to get it back. After that buffet today. I'm down. I need my offense now.
