Don’t focus too much on the numbers. I realized when I did that I’d give up on my fitness journey. Just make a goal and stick to it. Let’s say you wanna lose weight well I.e then you don’t make losing weight a goal instead you working out 5 times a week a goal and you stick to stick to that. Or maybe you say you wanna eat healthy just make eating vegetables at least with one meal in the day a goal And you’ll see how looking from that perspective helps 😊❤️

It’s no big deal. Like Shereen said, that can be fixed in days or a week. Happens all the time to me and sometimes two days later I’m even lighter than before, these fluctuations are sometimes so random. Sometimes the weight can even be breast milk because you weighed before a feed. Like others have said focus on the big picture, continue eating healthy/ expend yourself and you’ll see results in no time.
