Gotta admit I indulged last night- two helpings of chocolate icecream- nice traat- hiking today and dreamt of swimming.

148.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb. Still to go: 18.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week
