Having a hard time finding a path to following, not sure what diet to pick. Im been trying to just cut my fat/calorie intake buts it truly a struggle.. im hungry all the time.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Why don't you try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. You can spread your calories out throughout the day so you are not as hungry. It also helps keep your metabolism burning. Try to get some protein at each small meal such as yogurt and fruit, samll salad with lean protein, cheese with fruit or veggie, baked potato with chili, etc. It can really help. Good luck!
