Bleah, I need to start logging everything I eat again. It keeps me honest. I had a full-out cheat day on Monday, chocolate bars, cupcakes, beer, apple crumble, etc. It was my 1 month anniversary of being strictly Atkins with no cheating, and I was having terrible cravings. Once I had the first chocolate bar, there was no stopping me.
I managed not to gain anything that day, which makes more cheating even more seductive and tempting. A bad trend to start, so I'm stopping it here and now. No more cheating. I have many more pounds and inches to lose, and the sooner they're gone, the better.
My BF is gone for the next 3 weeks, and I really want to stun him next time I see him so it's time to get serious. I will drink my 4L of water each day. I will eat salad every day. I will do my 20 mins of cardio every day. I will do my crunches every day. I will do my walking every day. I will log my food every day. No excuses, no mercy, no cheating.
