Weigh in for last session of my diabetes training class. I'm disappointed that my weight went back up and depressed about having to keep my food log, and the routine of doing my BC tests. The good news is that my BC tests are getting better. My A1C has improved greatly since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I have not completely adapted to a diabetes lifestyle. I need to exercise more and regularly.
