Starting to feel somewhat better today, doc wants me to stay home one more day and I am fine with that. I can use another day of rest and fluids. Tried to work out a little yesterday but not today.
255.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just take it nice and slow getting back into the swing of things. Colds can really knock you for a loop. :( But I'm glad your feeling better. I hope you enjoy your day of rest. ^.^

Hope you get to feeling better. Sometimes it's hard to get back to yourself after being sick. Take it easy and you'll be back on track before you know it. Have a good day.

I am glad your starting to feel better! I have had a cold on and off again for the last 3 weeks and it really blows!
