23.6%, 55.7%, 73.6lbs. Hice ejercicios estela ayer, camine 45min y meditation 25min. un bizcocho Tania me llego sorpresa. 4 dias rutina HIIT y una yoga y un 5k. esta semana pasada y bajar postres y soda y cuidando mi comida. cintura 40 1/2". me siento mejor
