Sort of cheated and weighed myself AFTER my bike ride, but WHATEVER. I feel motivated again. It was a hard ride this morning for me - 12 miles used to be NOTHING, but I did it and the weather was just perfect. I can do this. The road is out there waiting.
153.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job! I sometimes weigh myself after exercise too, but I always weigh heavier. You probably truly did lose weight. Keep it up!
