Still no weight gain from the steroids which I'm REALLY happy about, because I took all 4 pills yesterday for the first time and was VERY sore. Also interesting because it's TOM and usually I would have put on a pound or a half pound by now... then again I have been taking extra precautions this week since starting the steroids, so maybe they're working? I'm hoping it's not just taking a long time to hit me or something.
Upped my protein a bit recently after finding out systemic steroids EAT muscle protein... yikes! Wonder if that's why I've been in some pain, or if it's just from some infection my body's not fighting off very well now thanks to the immune suppression?
Other than that though, no diet changes... just lots and lots of pills, LOL!
