Only lost .6 lbs this week, but hey...still a loss. :) Haven't been as strict on my diet this past week, had cake at a party once, ate out three times (usually only eat out once a week). I tried to be careful what I ate in the restaurants, but you never can be certain of caloric content and other variables if you don't prepare it yourself. Things beyond my control...I'm trying to let go of those and just accept that it will all work out. Weight loss is definitely slowing down, but it's still there. I'm 12 lbs from my major goal of 170. When I get there I will reevaluate and decide if I'm going to try to go lower. After 51 lbs, though, it feels very good to be this close.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh my goodness, yes a loss is still a LOSS! We all have slow weeks, or weeks when we even gain a little. You have to remember that in the long run, you will be succesful, oh heck, you already ARE successful. A 51 pound loss is absolutely awesome!
