I lost 3 lbs in 3 days! I know part of that is from my orginal weigh in was in the afternoon, but I usually weigh in the mornings. You save a pound or two by weighing in the morning, but heey, a loss is a loss! I'm happy!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
