24.8 , 54.8,72.6. hice dos rutina ejercicios estela, 1 yoga con melanie, caminar todos los dias y 2 millas ayer, duermo 8hrs, medito todos los dias, tumbe postres, no soda . y peso igual. alimentando mejor. mas relajado. no se que pasa. sigo ahi.
