Here we go again, the story of my life! I did well on weight watchers - but once Fatsecret stopped caluculating points I was pretty much SOL! So I did nothing for ahwile, stopped caring, and gained all the weight back.
On Sept 24, Evan proposed! So now I have a whole new reason (and not to mention motivation) to get fit and STAY that way. The other day I joined Curves. It seems really cool! You do the 30minute curcuit about 3x per week (or more if you want) and there are weight loss and fitness coaches included.
I go for my first workout tomorrow (learning how to use all the machines and saving my body info on the machines) and then I'm good. I want to go 5x per week, and since it's a 30min circuit and right on my way home from work I think I can do it! I do NOT want to be a whale on my wedding day!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Thank you!!! I hope it's a good plan - I just hope it works!! On one hand I think how could it not, but who knows. I just know that I can't live like this anymore and be "the fat girl" always...I wan to look good, especially on our wedding!

Its a good plan so stick to it! You sound like you have a lot of motivation which is more than I can say for myself :0) That is my whole problem...I was forced to work out when I was younger and after I got pregnant and was on my own I no longer had to answer to my dad. So now that I don't have a schedule that I have to stick to I just let myself go :) and its hard for me to get myself to workout without someone to answer to about it.

That makes sense...I think sometimes I have fake motivation...I don't know how to explain it. Losing weight is something I was really badly, but I think I don't want to do the work. I DO, but it never ends up that way! Hopefully this time will be different. Now you can do things for you, that's awesome! Do you like walking? That's an enjoyable workout a lot of the time. Especially with an ipod pr mp3 player to keep you occupied!
