Uggh... too busy is my excuse, but it is really just the wrong priorities and wrong way to handle stress... Instead of all or nothing, I just need to focus smaller changes and not drastic changes to my lifestyle and burning myself out... small changes will move the bar, too. The small changes should help me to develop better long-term habits...
