Vlitzie's Journal, 21 April 2020

I know it's been 6 weeks since weighing in, but I haven't wanted to. I'm up about a pound over these six weeks, but I had gotten up to 145. My measurements haven't changed, but my food choices have. I don't work, so being home is nothing new. My husband is working from home, also isn't horrible, but not being able to eat out, instead of to go and not being able to wander around clothing stores is a pain. I have also been up and down with exercising, one week yes, one week no. We've been eating more breads, potatoes, pasta and drinking more bourbon. I hope in the coming weeks to do my best to get back on track, time will tell. Good luck to all!!!!!
