Steady progress. 7,5kg of pure fat lost since Feb. Maintaining muscle mass 💪🏻, lowering resting HR ❤️ and improved endurance. Feeling strong, proud, confident and vulnerable.
242.7 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
