Woo-hoo! I did it! I haven't weighed in for a while - as I mentioned in previous journals, I haven't been too quick to get back on my exercise regime.
Well, I woke up & thought, ok-you have to check some day...and what a nice feeling-my goal weight.
I did do a long fitness ball workout Saturday, and my legs are sore today. I am so positively motivated by reaching a goal, I am sure I will do my pilates/yoga tonight.

118.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job meeting your goal! I've got to get back to mine--I met my goal, and then promptly gained about four stubborn pounds that I can't seem to get rid of. Now I have lowered my goal too, so I need to get back on the bandwagon.
