This week I have not focused on my low calorie diet and foods. There should never be an excuse for not doing what is best for me, but I am getting ready to go into the hospital tomorrow for a hip join replacement. I have spent this week focusing on what needs to be done to prepare for that. I will be in the hospital from 2 to 4 days so this looks to be another challenging week diet wise for me. Am taking fruit and some low calorie snacks so that I don't undo what I have been able to do so far. Look forward to this time next week.
