Had Texas Roadhouse to go for hubby's birthday last night - I recalculated my Miller Method Macros and it's on! Already completed Arms, Back and Abs! Now to watch my friend's wedding on Facebook live in a bit! Glad when this will be over so we can celebrate at the reception!
192.6 lb Lost so far: 117.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
