Dear Scale,

You are a liar. And if you are not, I want to know how I dropped so low overnight. I do not want to be this low- which sounds weird to say- because I feel that it is unhealthy.

Yeah that is weird. I have never in my life been smaller than about 110 in my adult body. Maybe you have been eating better and getting your water in? Or you had a large poo? I have no idea. Don't dwell on it just see what happens tomorrow.

I don't feel like I've been doing anything differently... I'm up a little today, and I'm okay with it. :)
