Have had family visiting all week which means no gym all week! No good! Plus cookie cake and cupcakes for two parties. I feel like I should weight more this time, but luckily don't. I will be hitting the gym double hard this week! Got to make that goal!! I'm ready to set the next one...
144.6 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
