Not good. Really fell off the wagon two weekends ago, and have not been working out.... to be expected I suppose. Need to hold myself to 2 miles a day.... at least until the wedding. If I am 122 for the wedding, I will be happy.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
