Celebration or sabatoge? I was so excited about reaching a 10 pound weight loss that I totally went off track this week. Sleepovers... birthday party.... cake... ice cream... pizza, pizza, pizza! I must get back on track and not let a 2# gain turn into more!
Banana for breakfast... salads, greens, veggies!!!! Water, no pop, remember that quote "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"
I got a glimpse of feeling 'skinny' last week and loved it... I was close to losing the muffin top... but now its back. Come on healthy eating! I can do this.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

I do the same blasted thing and I need to break the habit. I might get a good loss and then I feel "free" and blow my progress away. Need to start rewarding myself with something special when I get to that point again instead of feel free with food. Remember the "skinny"!

I really struggle on the weekends....great job on your losses!!! You are fount fantastic. I don t know why I can t remember the skinny mantra when I m holding the tub of ice cream.
