Lots of exercising this past week! I feel stronger and my waist is more visible. I really need to work on better eating habits, which is hard while social distancing during the Coronavirus. However, restaurants are closed so that’s actually probably helping...
211.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.8 lb a week
