Weight up substantially, not watching diet as well. Started the 5-2 diet today with a 600 calorie fast on Monday and Thursday. Lets see what happens after six weeks.
227.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
