Today is a good day. Weight down. Stitches taken out. 2 and a half weeks since hip orthoscopic surgery. I'm feeling really good but I'm now hating the crutches.

Lost so far: 3.5 lb.
Still to go: 13.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
