Yes! This is the smallest I have been in forever! Working out really helps a plateau. This morning I was so tired and didnt want to get out of bed and go to the gym. I weighed myself though and seeing the loss gave me the motivation to keep going. I am so sore! Mostly my calves. I walk at 3.2 for 30 minutes and then 10 minutes on the bike. I am adding weights too. :)
217.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
