This is from electrical weight scale...
220.9 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good Job! I don't care if it is an electrical scale or a dial scale as long as it goes down. Keep up the good work!

The thing is that I din't lose 1kg in one day just the scale is not good.. I am too disappointed. I gives me 10 different measurements in 10 times I get on the scale finally I got several 100.2s and I thought that it is ok but now it gives me 99.1, 99.5 or whatever ... and than again 100 ...
