Just as I suspected. While I met my eating goals I didn't feel any lighter, which proved out with the weigh-in. But I did great in the gym and I can feel the muscle growing. Should show up soon enough with the tape measure.
276.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Still, you had a HUGE drop in weight yesterday. Can't have a WIN every day (though it'd be nice to...). You're doing great, though.
