I still have my plaster cast on. So I probably weigh at least 1 lb lighter. I doubt it would weigh more than 1 lb. I am so happy that I am this light again. But I know that as soon as I begin to exercise again this will turn back to muscle and I will increase in weight. Not sure how I feel about that. I really want to tone up the loose bits asap!
