So we had to arrange my aunt's funeral last week 😢 and it was take-aways almost every day. And on top of that my scales battery was busy going flat so weight was inaccurate 😩. I'll eventually find my feet again.

171.5 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
